Sheffield IT services provider One2Call has made five appointments in customer roles at its new office in the city’s Meadowhall district. The company announced the hires on 30 September 2026.

One2Call, which provides managed IT, cloud, connectivity, cyber security and AI services to businesses, moved to larger offices at Jessops Riverside on Brightside Lane in May 2026 and has since grown to a team of 37. It was founded in 2007 by Danny Kirkby and Nick Bass.

The new team

Rebecca Masters joins as customer success manager, working with customers as a key point of contact alongside the account management and service delivery teams.

Lewis Watson is implementation manager, working full time on bringing in a service management platform that the company said will give customers clearer communications, more consistent service and easier access to support, including directly in Microsoft Teams through a dedicated app.

Gabriel Williams joins as commercial account manager, and support agents Ryan Howden and Andrew Marsh join the service desk team, which handles technical day-to-day issues as well as more complex planning and remediation.

Nick Bass, managing director, said: “Exceptional customer service is an important priority for us. Customer interactions provide valuable insights into recurring issues, product expectations and improvements, and service optimisation, creating a feedback loop helping us drive well-informed business decisions.”

He added: “These hires ensure our team is equipped with the right tools and knowledge management systems to improve efficiency and ensure consistent, effective customer support across all our channels.”

More hires planned

The company said it plans further strategic hires in the near future. It is heading into its 20th year in business in Sheffield and has a multi-million pound investment plan. Its clients include Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United, Bella Italia, Las Iguanas, England Golf and Saxton Mee.
